How it works
Coverage Fee
The production company pays an upfront coverage fee to secure professional photography of the dress rehearsal or performance. This guarantees dedicated coverage of the show without relying on post-event sales. My time, preparation, and technical setup are fully covered, allowing me to focus entirely on capturing the production at its best, without disruption or pressure on performers.
Editing & Proofs
After the performance, I carefully curate and professionally edit a strong, representative selection of images. Each photograph is refined for colour, contrast, and clarity while maintaining the authenticity of the stage lighting. The completed gallery is first shared privately with the booking organisation for review and approval before anything is released more widely.
Online Ordering
Once approved, the final images are delivered through a secure online gallery. From there, photographs can be downloaded for marketing and promotional use, licensed for company materials, or made available for cast and families to purchase individually if required. There is no minimum order — access is structured around the needs of your production.
