3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once session details are agreed and any required deposit has been paid.
4. Deposits and Payments
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Remaining balances are invoiced the day after the photoshoot and are due within 14 days.
5. Travel Fees
Travel within 15 miles of Liphook (GU30 7NP) is included. Additional travel is charged at £0.45 per mile round trip.
6. Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered after full payment has been received.
RAW or unedited files are not supplied.
7. Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright and intellectual property of Lewis Housden Photography.
8. Promotional Use
Images are only used publicly where client consent has been provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
