Booking & Sessions

What type of photography do you offer?

I specialise in contemporary portrait photography, including family portraits, professional headshots, personal branding, and lifestyle sessions.

How do I book a session?

You can book via email, Instagram, Facebook, or through my website. A session is only confirmed once the details are agreed and your deposit has been paid.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This is deducted from your final balance.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.


Pricing & Payment

How much does a session cost?

My photoshoots are priced at a fixed flat rate, so you know the cost upfront before booking.

Are there any extra costs?

I always aim to keep your session within the agreed price wherever possible.
Additional costs only apply if you request extra services, extended time, or specific upgrades beyond the standard session.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

You’ll receive an invoice the day after your photoshoot. Full payment is due within 14 days.

What happens if I pay late?

Late payments may incur an admin fee. Images won’t be delivered until full payment is received.


Travel

Is travel included?

Yes — travel is included for locations within 15 miles of Petersfield (30 miles round trip).

What if my location is further away?

Additional travel is charged at 45p per mile (round trip), based on the fastest direct driving route.

Will I know the travel cost in advance?

Yes. Any travel fee is calculated before you book and included in your quote.


Images & Delivery

When will I receive my photos?

Your estimated delivery time is confirmed when you book. Images are delivered after full payment.

How will I receive my images?

Via a private online gallery where you can download your images and order prints.

How long will my gallery stay online?

Your gallery stays live for one month. You’ll get a reminder before it expires.

What if I miss the download window?

Reactivating or re-sending your gallery incurs a £15 handling fee.


Editing & Style

Do I get all the photos taken?

No — you receive a curated set of the best edited images.

Do you provide RAW or unedited files?

No. Only final edited images are delivered.

Can I request extra edits?

Yes — additional editing is available at an hourly rate.


Usage & Sharing

Can I share my photos on social media?

Yes — you’re free to share and print your images for personal use.

Will you use my photos for your website or Instagram?

Only if you give permission. If you don’t consent, your images won’t be used publicly.


Storage

How long do you keep my photos?

Images are stored for three months after delivery. After that, I can’t guarantee recovery.
